Designed with AI by the owner, painted for real with 26 Acre
The owner designed the new look with an AI rendering: dark Iron Mountain shutters and window sashes, with the brick left exactly as it was. We made it real, working with builder 26 Acre.
The brief
For this project with builder 26 Acre, the owner worked out the new colours with ChatGPT and came to us with the rendering: darker shutters, matching window sashes and front door, softer trim colours, and the brick unchanged.
How we did it
Proper site, proper materials, proper safety, proper painting. We brought in a lift for the dormers and roofline, set up ladders for the second floor, prepped every surface and painted the shutters, sashes and trim by hand.
The result
Same brick. A whole new look, true to the owner’s design.
