Your details stay with Paul.
This is the plain-language version of how we handle what you send us. Last updated October 2026.
What the forms collect
When you use the quote or contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number and/or email, your postal code, the services you’re interested in, timing, an optional budget range, your notes, and the file names of any photos you pick. We also note which page you sent it from.
If you text, call or email Paul directly, he receives that message the same way he would from anyone else.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about your project: to answer questions, book a walkthrough and send you a quote. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
We don’t sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your information. The only people who see it are Paul and the services we use to run the website and deliver your message to him. These are Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (delivering form messages by email), Google Fonts (the site’s fonts) and OpenStreetMap (the map on our areas page).
Analytics
The site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we’ll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and quote details only as long as we need them to answer you and complete your job, plus any records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for tax purposes.
Questions, or want it deleted?
Email [email protected] and Paul will tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it.
