In 2017, Marchesseau Custom Finishes was tasked with painting four luxury stores at Yorkdale Mall: Gucci, Manolo Blahnik, Boucheron, and Holt Renfrew. The project had to be completed during the mall's off-hours, so our team worked through the night to give each store a modern and fresh look.
Each boutique shop was roughly 700 sqft, and we used a total of 9 gallons of paint for the entire project. Our team carefully prepared the space, covering all fixtures and floors to ensure the paint only went where it was intended. We then applied multiple coats of paint to create the desired effect.
The end result was stunning. The revamped stores had a sleek and luxurious look that was more in line with the brands they represented. The quick flips of the stores were seamless and helped create a better shopping experience for customers.
